I don't know about you, but I could feel a difference Obama made just by waking up this morning. Although it's almost two days into his victory, it still feels surreal. The slave days and boycott era are long gone, but I still never thought I'd live to see this day a black man is president...and not a ghetto, i'm-gon-paint-the-white-house-black type dude either; an eloquent-speaking, intelligent, all around, genuine BLACK man. It has proved to me that this country is not as racist as we may think anymore. The segregation is now amongst poor and rich. I can see so much hope being spread. Being what you want to do in life is not just a dream anymore, it's reality. I'm so elated I can't even express how I feel..and I didn't even get a chance to vote. But I did show my support. The best is yet to come!
