"Well I created GLK solely for bringing an uplifting movement threw any of your hard times. It became a clothing line once I felt I needed to show the world that i have created something for everyone to relate to.. a line that isn't about the hype, but more so the one thing everyone in the world has in common,.. genuine emotions. It's clothing to me that will make you feel your best when your on your back, and its intended to make you shine and make you feel Glamorous without having to be the images that the media wants us to look and feel like. The line is very rooted in street culture, and I cant stress the word culture enough cause culture from all walks of life have inspired my line. It's one of few lines that is not generalized to one style or a certain race of people or a scene or group.. it appeals to all that embrace the better in life. This is shown in my graphics that I've done all myself. Hip-hop is one of the main roots in the company being that I grew up on it. Most old school, b-boy, graffiti style of music is very influenced in my designs. But I've been cultured by so many people in my life I feel myself and my designs taking on a look that has not been introduced to the world that the masses will fall in love with and embrace the look..."
